Christians denied aid in Pakistan: Western media doesn’t care

Posted: September 6, 2010 in Uncategorized

Abid Masih, a Christian who lives in a camp near Larkana, said: “My wife is sick, but the doctor refused to visit her and treat her, saying that we should wait for the World Health Organization to send Christian doctors.

Zubair Masih said: “I have come from Sukkur. We were overcome by waters and we lost everything. We went to a refugee camp near Thatta, but they did not allow us to enter because we are Christians.”

Aamir Gill, among the refugees from Dadu, says: “I arrived with my family at a camp near Hyderabad, but the camp administration refused to register us because we are Christians and they did not give us anything. We were forced to leave.”

“Some Christian refugees are openly denied aid, while others are told to leave or convert to Islam. You can imagine that terrible choice: either you abandon your faith or you cannot feed your child.”

And they wonder why we don’t donate aid to Pakistan. Shame on our governments for giving them aid. Shame on the CBC for not reporting this. Shame on Liberals for not caring.

We should bring these Pakistani-Christians to Canada and keep the Muslims out. Liberals scream bigotry but I think this story clearly illustrates who (and which religion) the real bigots are.

Craig, thanks for drawing attention to this. The fact that Jesus warned his followers of such discrimination doesn’t diminish the bigotry.

I’m praying God will miraculously provide what this man’s countrymen are cruelly denying him.

This is typical of muslim countries, thanks for reporting this. You are proving my reason as to why I don’t bother with mainstream media anymore, I get a lot of my news from blogs now.
